FERC Online

All public documents related to the project are available through FERC’s eLibrary Web site. These documents include all public correspondence from FERC, Algonquin, landowners and other stakeholders.

Documents are posted online soon after being received at FERC. First time users to the FERC eLibrary system must first register with FERC Online by going to http://www.ferc.gov/docs-filing/ferconline.asp and following the instructions under eRegistration.

Once registered, users can go directly to FERC’s eLibrary and enter the Ramapo Expansion docket number to access these documents. The number assigned to the project is Docket No. CP06-76-000.
